In detail, it is expected that the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, including the Levant, will be affected on Tuesday by an air depression centered to the south of the island of Cyprus. This depression will be accompanied by a very cold polar air mass that will gradually expand to strongly affect the northern parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At dawn and morning on Wednesday, there was a significant and sharp drop in temperatures, approaching the zero Celsius barrier in large parts of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and the northern borders, with a high chance of frost forming.
